1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • The product is defective or not functioning upon arrival (DOA – Dead on Arrival).
  • The product has a manufacturing defect covered under the applicable warranty.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair will not be accepted.
  • Returns without proof of purchase may be declined.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon delivery:

  • Products damaged by customer misuse.
  • Products with missing accessories or original packaging.
  • Software, digital products, or downloadable content (if applicable).
  • Clearance, promotional, or special-discount items (unless defective).
  • Products marked as “Final Sale.”

4. Replacement Policy

If your product is eligible for replacement:

  • A replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent product or store credit after discussing available options with you.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following situations:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
  • A replacement cannot be provided for an approved defective product.
  • The order is canceled before shipment.
  • Any other situation approved by IMSRA Electronics.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
  • If a return is requested for reasons other than our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Warranty Claims

Many products sold by IMSRA Electronics include an official manufacturer or brand warranty. After the return or replacement period has expired, warranty-related issues should be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Our customer support team will gladly assist you with the warranty claim process.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or an item with missing accessories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

This helps us resolve your request as quickly as possible.

9. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Reason for the request
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. Please do not send any product back without receiving approval from our customer support team. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
